Hall is a small, oblate dessert apple from North Carolina with smooth skin mostly shaded crimson and covered with various colored dots. The flesh is yellowish, fine-grained, juicy, and notably rich with a vinous, saccharine, aromatic flavor. Considered in North Carolina the best long-keeping dessert apple in cultivation, it keeps from December to April.
