Devonshire Buckland is an above-medium-sized, roundish-flattened apple with dull waxen yellow skin strewed with russety dots and yellow, crisp, very juicy flesh. It exhibits brisk, sugary, and perfumed flavors suitable for both culinary and dessert use from October to February. The tree is hardy and an excellent bearer, making it a first-rate quality variety for both kitchen and table.
