A culinary apple of medium size with pale lemon-yellow skin and firm, yellow, sub-acid flesh that cooks well. Raised by John Graham of Hounslow and introduced by G. Bunyard & Co. in 1893, it is valued for its late flowering and regular, extremely fertile cropping habits.
