A medium roundish-oblong apple with greenish-yellow skin ripening to clear yellow, featuring crisp, tender flesh with a rich, spicy, sweet flavor. Excellent for fresh eating, cooking, and especially single-variety cider, with outstanding storage capacity. The parent cultivar of Golden Delicious.
