Dual Purpose
A fairly large, round-flattened apple with pale yellowish-green skin flushed carmine and broad stripes. The flesh is firm, juicy, and white with a pleasant flavour. It was raised by Charles Ross from Peasgood Nonsuch and introduced by Messrs. Clibran of Altrincham; described as a most attractive fruit of great promise with vigorous growth and moderate fertility.
