Dual Purpose
Lyscom is a very large apple resembling Twenty Ounce with mild, tender flesh suitable for both eating fresh and cooking. The tree is a moderate grower producing good crops, and the fruit ripens from late September through December. It is now nearly obsolete in New York and not recommended for planting.
