A prolific culinary apple of medium size with pale yellow to white coloring and white, juicy, acidic flesh that cooks excellently. Ripens August to September and is one of the most fertile varieties, often requiring fruit thinning to ensure well-shaped specimens. Known to perform well on dry soils.
