A medium-sized conical apple with pale greenish-yellow skin streaked with pale red, distinctive angular shape, and flattened crown. Greenish-white, tender, juicy flesh with brisk, pleasant acid flavor. An excellent culinary apple extensively grown in Lancashire, useful from October to January.
