Lodgemore Nonpareil is a small, flattened-round dessert apple with pale yellowish-green skin nearly covered in russet. The crisp, greenish flesh is sweet, juicy, and well-flavoured. Raised in 1808 near Stroud, this excellent old sort was nearly out of cultivation by Bunyard's 1920 account.
