Culinary
A large, flat, pale lemon-yellow culinary apple with red stripes and flush, raised by W. Bull of Billericay in 1858 and introduced by Saltmarsh in 1880. The flesh is very tender and excellent for cooking. It makes a good standard tree with strong, spreading growth.
