A large to very large culinary apple (3½ by 2½ in.) with pale yellow skin showing bright red flush and striping. The flesh is greenish-white, firm, and moderately acid. Introduced by Messrs. Seabrook, reportedly a cross between Peasgood's Nonsuch and Wellington, with vigorous growth and excellent fertility.
