Laxton's Royalty is a dessert apple raised in Bedfordshire in 1908 and introduced in 1932, descended from Cox Orange and Court Pendu Plat parentage. The fruit features a yellow skin with red flush, a Cox-like aroma, and sweet, juicy flesh. It is picked in late October and used from January through March.
