Crab
Coral is a crabapple of medium to above-medium size with a brilliant yellow skin blushed with scarlet. The flesh is yellow, crisp, and juicy with a sprightly, mild subacid to nearly sweet flavor. It ripens from October to February and is but little cultivated in New York, having originated in the vicinity of Marengo, Illinois.
