A medium-sized dessert apple from Cork, Ireland, developed around 1890. Known for its long keeping ability and creamy white, firm flesh with a slightly aromatic flavour. It received an RHS Award of Merit in 1910 and is ready to harvest in late September through early October, with storage life extending from October through January.
