Schoolmaster

Schoolmaster is a cooking apple bred in Lincolnshire from Golden Noble and Dumelow parents. First developed in 1855 and introduced in 1882, it received an RHS FCC award in 1880. The flesh is white and crisp with a pronounced acid character.
