Rev. W. Wilks is a cooking apple from Slough, England, introduced in 1908. It is a cross of Peasgood's Nonsuch and Ribston Pippin with a pastel green color and light pink flush. The variety cooks to a pale purée and is noted for being nearly resistant to apple scab and canker.
