Mollie's Delicious is an American dessert apple developed in New Jersey in 1966 with a conical shape and pinkish-red colour. The crisp, sweet flesh has good flavour and impressive cold storage longevity, with a pleasant aftertaste that extends its appeal through late summer and early fall.
