Highland Beauty
Highland Beauty is a seedling of the Lady apple, exhibited to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society in 1881. The fruit is larger than its parent, with clear yellow or almost waxen white skin blushed with brilliant carmine, and white crisp flesh that is tender, juicy, and mildly subacid. It stores from January to March but has not achieved wide cultivation.
