A medium-sized, roundish-conical apple with greenish-yellow skin splashed with dull red, originating on Charles Duzenbury's farm in Putnam County, New York. The flesh is whitish-yellow, crisp, tender, very mild and pleasantly subacid. A good keeper that retains flavor until May.
