Dual Purpose
A small, ovate apple with yellow skin and clear red on the sun-exposed side, strewed with russety dots. The flesh is yellowish, tender, very juicy, and briskly acid. An excellent culinary apple also suitable for the dessert, in season from November to March, it originated in Norfolk and was introduced to the Horticultural Society in 1820.
