Cider
A cider apple of pretty good size, slightly longer than broad with a narrow crown. Skin is pale gold on the shaded side with bright red colouring, deepening to intense purplish crimson where exposed to the sun, with short streaks on the shady side. Raised at the beginning of the last century in the parish of Cowarne, Herefordshire.
