A large, roundish, somewhat flattened apple with pale yellow skin tinged with deep crimson stripes and spots. The flesh is greenish-white, tender, sweet, juicy, and pleasantly flavored. A culinary apple of first-rate quality in use from November to March, with an excellent-bearing tree suitable for market gardening and orcharding.
