Siberian Bitter Sweet

A small, globular cider apple with bright gold skin tinged with red, raised by Knight from Yellow Siberian Crab and Golden Harvey. The fruit is notably very sweet and without acidity, producing a mild, palatable cider free from harshness. The tree is vigorous, an abundant bearer, and resistant to woolly aphis.
