Morris's Court of Wick
Malus domestica Borkh. Borkh.
Dessert
A small, roundish-oblate apple closely resembling the old Court of Wick, with pale green skin washed red next the sun and marked with russet. The flesh is firm but tender with rich, vinous, highly-flavored juice. An excellent dessert apple, in season October to February, raised by Mr. Morris, a market gardener at Brentford near London.
