Jupiter is a large, round dessert apple with light yellow-green skin blushed with red-orange stripes, raised in England in 1966 and introduced in 1981. A cross of Cox's Orange Pippin and Starking Delicious, it delivers the strong, well-balanced sweet and sharp flavour of Cox but with a more vigorous tree. It stores from October through January.
