Hunt's Deux Ans is a medium-sized, conical dessert apple with greenish skin covered in grey russet, tinged with reddish-brown where exposed to sun. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, juicy, and exceptionally flavored with richness comparable to Ribston Pippin. It keeps exceptionally well from December to March, reportedly retaining quality for up to two years.
