A very large roundish apple with deep yellow and bright scarlet skin, featuring white, tender, juicy flesh with a brisk and pleasant flavor. Primarily valued for culinary use, bearing from October to Christmas, though not of first-rate quality. The tree grows vigorously but moderately in fruiting, performing well on paradise rootstock.
