Ellison's Orange is a dessert apple from Bracebridge, Lincolnshire, introduced in 1911 as a cross between Cox's Orange Pippin and Cellini. It features a distinctive rich aniseed flavor with soft, juicy, creamy white flesh and has been awarded both AM and FCC from the RHS. The fruit stores well at 4°C for up to 120 days.
