Cripps Pink

Cripps Pink, also known as Pink Lady, is an Australian dual-purpose cultivar introduced in 1989. It features firm, crisp flesh with a sweet and slightly tart flavor, and distinctive light red, pink, and light yellow-green striped skin. The fruit averages 197 grams with soluble solids of 12.5–16.0 and acidity of 0.71–0.91.
